Swarovski crystal is draped on voluptuous cast brass frames to create full and even balance where neither the metal nor crystal dominates. The Polished Silver is hand-buffed with a jeweler's rouge for depth and luster. The French Brass is created by plating black nickel over brass and then rubbing off the nickel until it only remains in the crevices; the result is a lightly antiqued effect that highlights the filigree in the castings.
