From exactly 1985 I have been a conveinced defensor of soft lighting. I was sitting at a dull table, with Brothers in Arms playing on the turntable, sharing supper with the most beautiful woman in the world when somebody switched on a 200W lightbulb !! I don't know it happened but it was faster than the eye could flick.
